Chotgun

K. Chotgun, is a leading member of the Ban Mae Sa Natural Resources Conservation Group of Ban Mae Sa. He manages the day to day operation of the community's native forest tree nursery on the edge of the village, the construction of which was sponsored by WWF-Thailand. His responsibilities include seed collection, seed germination, seedling potting and seedling care, overseeing the production of about 20,000 tree saplings, ready for planting in local restoration projects, each year. He is also a teacher for educational events at the nursery. His position is currently sponsored by the Rajapruek Institute Foundation.
