Phyo Thet Naing (Jerry)
Jerry studied in the Environmental Science undergraduate program of the Faculty of Science at Chiang Mai University. He began his education at Mandalar University in Mandalay, where he specialized in Physics. Later, he joined the Parami Institute of Liberal Arts and Sciences , where he studied an interdisciplinary curriculum covering Data Science, Ecology & Evolution, Community Development and completed two research projects. He also completed a volunteership at FORRU from April to December 2023 and acted as a translator at FORRU workshops for Myanmar participants. He carried out research on soil organic carbon sequestration during restoration of upland evergreen forest in Northern Thailand" as a part of the BKIND project.
